‘The Client’ means the person(s) in whose name the course is being purchased and includes
the person(s) taking the course for him/herself or others. If an individual buys a course for
himself or herself, then he or she is the client without any rights to share the access to a third
party.
‘The courses’ shall mean one or all (if applicable) of the online courses, assessment or tutor-led
courses offered, purchased directly from UG to UK Healthcare.
‘Force Majeure means any unforeseen circumstance including war and natural disasters beyond
our control that prevents us from performing our contractual obligations.
This website is handled by UG to UK Healthcare. All references to "we", "us", and "our" on this
site refer to UG to UK Healthcare. In order to use this website, including all information, tools,
and services available from this site, you must accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices
stated here.
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional
terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or accessible by hyperlink, apply to
your use of our website and/or purchase from us.
Before accessing or using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. It is
your responsibility to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions before accessing or
using any part of the site. You may not access the website or use any services if you do not

All intellectual property rights relating to the courses belong to or are licensed to UG to UK
Health Care.
UG to UK HealthCare retains all rights to the courses, including the right to publish, reproduce,
transmit, sell, license, distribute, and otherwise use them in any medium worldwide, in all
languages and formats. Any copyright co-owned by UG to UK Healthcare is clearly stated and
this information is available on request.
All reproduction, posting, transmission, or distribution of or use of the courses in whole or in part
in any format is subject to the written permission of the owners of the copyrights, or their owners
if third-party materials are involved. The client must not alter or remove any copyright notices or
other notices from copies of the content.
A notice must include the following:
● a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of another
person who owns an exclusive right that is purportedly being infringed;
● identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed or, if multiple works are involved,
a representative list of them;
● identification of the allegedly infringed work(s) on the product;
● information reasonably satisfactory to enable us to identify the complaining party and
locate them, such as a valid contact number, postal address, or, if available, an email

● a statement that the complaining party believes the materials are being used without

UG to UK Healthcare reserves the right to update course content from time to time, so that the content remains current, including but not limited to any updates to operational procedures or technology.
You can view this course electronically if you have a client account. For personal learning purposes, clients may save and print extracts related to the courses to their private storage medium. UG to UK Healthcare does not permit clients to sell or distribute any content from its courses.
Clients have access to the courses online for a set period of time (as mentioned at the time of purchase) after an initial log-in to the course on their PC, tablet, or smartphone. Clients can access the course after purchasing using the code provided by UG to UK Healthcare. The courses can be extended upon request by clients.
UG to UK Healthcare uses a third-party platform “Learn Dash”, to host the courses. Clients use
their own website and the content at their own risk. UG to UK Healthcare is not responsible for
the running of the website and does not guarantee that the website will provide continuous,
prompt, secure, or error-free service, and assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for,
any damages to or viruses that may affect users’ computer equipment or other property arising
from the use of the courses, including but not limited to the reproduction of the content.
UG to UK Healthcare reserves the right to use an alternative Party to host the courses.
UG to UK Healthcare is not responsible or liable for any content found on third-party Web sites linked to the courses and provides them for information and convenience only. We do not endorse any linked website.
UG to UK Healthcare is responsible for providing the teaching or speaking assessment
purchased by the client. There may be up to 3 calendar months between booking a course and
the course commencing. It is to allow UG to UK Healthcare a reasonable time to find the best
possible teacher or assessor for the course.
All trainers and assessors are officially OET-approved industry experts and healthcare
professionals who are trusted to validate the content and know what insights and knowledge
you need to succeed.
Lessons and assessments can only be postponed with 3 full working days' notice by the attendant(s), otherwise, they will be canceled and there will be no refund provided, and no further lessons will be added to the schedule. To confirm to the tutor that the agreed schedule has changed, UG to UK Healthcare must receive the change in writing. There is a limit of 3 rescheduled lessons or assessments per course unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Tutors are required to wait 15 minutes after the agreed lesson time. If the client arrives within
this time frame, the remaining class time will be taught - the missed time will be forfeited.
In cases where tutors are late for classes for reasons beyond their control, such as technical
difficulties, they will make up the time at the end of the lesson. Any delay in class start time will
be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
All open group English language courses are tutor-led. You can find the schedule and hours of
all courses on the UG to UK Healthcare’s website. Materials used in courses are at the
discretion of UG to UK Healthcare. A platform of UG to UK Healthcare’s choice is used to
deliver lessons online.
To assist customers in their decision to book a course, the UG to UK Healthcare website offers a
link to an online English language test that describes the entry-level for customers joining the
courses. Prior to booking, customers can speak with UG to UK Healthcare to discuss their level.

UG to UK Healthcare is not liable for customers who purchase a course and find it does not
meet their expectations.
Attending all lessons is required for customers to make the progress they are expected to make.
No refunds will be given for missed lessons except in the case of Force Majeure. UG to UK
Healthcare does not accept any liability for any missed lessons.
We require a minimum of 100 customers to register in order to run a course. In the event that
UG to UK Healthcare decides to make an exception, it will do so solely at its discretion. Upon
insufficient enrollment, customers will receive a full refund.
The minimum age for attending a course is 18.
In cases of absence, such as holidays or illness by a tutor, UG to UK Healthcare will arrange for cover, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client. UG to UK Healthcare will arrange a cover teacher within a few working days, in such circumstances client will be informed and the schedule may be rearranged with the client.

Any live sessions/classes are not offered on UK public holidays. Fees are pro-rata for these dates and are not charged. You can find a list of UK public holidays on the UK government website: https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.
Clients must behave courteously and respect teachers and fellow students. Drug use, alcohol abuse, and inconsiderate behavior are considered unacceptable. Any student acting in an offensive or abusive manner towards others may have their courses withheld by UG to UK Healthcare. Such cases may result in UG to UK Healthcare terminating a course.
The contents of the courses, including technical, operational, and related information, are
provided solely for language learning. You should not rely on the information and material in the
courses as professional advice or opinion.
UG to UK Healthcare has made every effort to ensure that the information and material in the
courses were accurate at the time they were developed. However, no explicit or implied
guarantee is made that the information and material in the courses, or on any other site or
location referred to in the courses, is error-free or complete.
UG to UK healthcare providers does not accept any liability to anyone for the use of the data
which is included in the courses or incorporated by reference, or for actions taken or omissions
made on the basis of such data. Clients should exercise his/her own skill and care with respect
to the use of the data and materials contained in the course.
It is not UG to UK Healthcare's responsibility if a course is partially or completely missed due to technical difficulties on the client's end. In the case of courses that are missed due to technical issues at UG to UK Healthcare's end or at the tutor's end, the missing part will be rescheduled at the convenience of the client.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, UG to UK Healthcare will do its best to provide the
arrangements that have been confirmed.
If UG to UK Healthcare cancels or significantly alters any part or all of a client's course due to
force majeure, UG to UK Healthcare shall notify the client as soon as possible and shall offer
them the choice of an alternative course of at least comparable standard if available, a full
refund, or a partial proportionate refund if part of the course has already been delivered.
In the event that the client wishes to change their booking in any way after the course has been confirmed, they must inform UG to UK Healthcare immediately, in writing, and UG to UK Healthcare reserves the right to charge 25% of the course price per person per change. The company reserves the right not to fulfill the booking in this situation as well.
It is the responsibility of UG to UK Healthcare to ensure all parts of the courses are provided as
described and that all services are of a reasonable standard. However, the company shall not
be liable for the perceived failure of these services if the failure is caused by a) the client's fault,
b) the unforeseeable or unavoidable actions of an unconnected third party or c) unusual and
unforeseeable circumstances beyond UG to UK Healthcare's control, such as force majeure.
UK Healthcare specifically excludes any liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on
the contents of this course or any material or content accessed through it, to the fullest extent
permitted by law. Clients agree to indemnify, defend and hold UG to UK Healthcare, its
directors, officers, employees, or agents, harmless from all claims, causes, costs, expenses,
fees (including reasonable legal fees), judgments, liabilities, losses, and damages arising from
or relating to the use of the courses.
In applying these Terms and Conditions, and any counterparts, amendments, or revisions thereto, English Law will govern without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
We collect only the minimum information about our clients that is necessary in order to provide a
satisfactory level of service. This Policy explains how data related to clients can be collected.
This information is collected by UG to UK Healthcare through the use of courses.
Under the 2018 Data Protection Act, the UK implemented the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) to protect personal data collected in the country. We take all reasonable
precautions to prevent unauthorized access to this information. In order to obtain information
about their accounts, clients may be required to provide additional forms of identification.
Clients who feel they have a genuine complaint should notify UG to UK Healthcare as soon as possible. Every reasonable complaint will be responded to by UG to UK Healthcare, and all problems will be resolved. We are unable to respond to complaints after a course has been completed, unless we were notified of this complaint whilst a client was still on the course and a reasonable opportunity was given to respond.
If a customer has not yet accessed the materials, started lessons, or taken an assessment, they can cancel their course and request a refund within 14 days of paying for access. An administration fee of 50% of the course price will be charged for all refunds, along with any bank charges incurred. Clients who wish to request a refund should email ugtoukhealthcare@gmail.com in writing. We will process refunds within 30 days of receiving your request
UG to UK Healthcare is not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of acts of nature,
war, invasion, enemy action, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lockouts, embargoes,
blockages, shortages of labor or materials, accidents, fires, floods, earthquakes, storms,
hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, mudflows, sinkholes, avalanches, snowstorms,
tornadoes, tsunamis, epidemics, pestilence, quarantine restrictions, governmental regulations,
orders of any court, decrees or ordinances of any government, or any other cause beyond our
control.
If UG to UK Healthcare claims force majeure as a reason why it failed to perform its obligations
under the contract, then UG to UK Healthcare will prove that it took all reasonable steps to
minimize delay and damage caused by foreseeable events, and that UG to UK Healthcare
substantially performed all non-excusable obligations, and that clients received notice of the
likelihood or actual occurrences of such events.
